Course Requirements

  • Pass the CISA exam: You must successfully complete the CISA exam. isaca.gr.jp+3ISACA+3isacaprep.com+3

  • Professional work experience: Demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of full‐time work experience in information systems auditing, control, assurance or security. ISACA+2isaca.gr.jp+2

  • Experience substitutions/waivers: Up to three (3) years of the five years may be waived through combinations of/university credits, degrees or relevant non‐IS auditing experience. isaca.gr.jp

  • Time‐frame constraints: The required work experience must have been obtained within the 10‐year period preceding the application date or within five years of passing the exam. ISACA

  • Ethics, standards & continuing education: After certification you must agree to abide by ISACA’s Code of Professional Ethics, comply with its Information Systems Auditing Standards and earn Continuing Professional Education (CPE) hours (minimum 20 per year, 120 over three years) for maintenance.
